OLIVER POPHAM

Oliver has over 20 years’ recruitment experience with a track record of leading, growing and developing multi-disciplined recruitment teams in the UK and international markets. For the last 12 years he has specialised in the UK legal recruitment and compliance sector, successfully placing hundreds of candidates into a range of roles from Newly Qualified up to General Counsel and Heads of Complaince across a mix of industries and sectors. Oliver is passionate about the profession and has developed a large network of Heads of Compliance, MLROs, General Counsel, Legal Directors and Heads of Legal over the course of his career.
